Philip Frost, M.D.,
Chairman of DAXOR's Medical
Advisory Board |

Dr. Frost has
served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
of IVAX Corporation since 1987 and as President of IVAX Corporation from
July 1991 until January 1995. He was Chairman of Dermatology at Mt. Sinai
Medical Center of Greater Miami, Miami Beach, Florida, from 1972 to 1990.
Dr. Frost was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Key Pharmaceuticals,
Inc., from 1972 to 1986; Vice Chairman of the Board of North American
Vaccine, Inc., from 1989 to 2000; and Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Continucare Corporation from 1996 to 2002. Dr. Frost currently serves
as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Whitman Education Group, Inc.,
and as a Director of Northrop Grumman Corp. He is also Chairman of the
Board of Trustees of the University of Miami and a member of the Board of
Governors of the American Stock Exchange. Dr. Frost is a distinguished
scientist who played a key role in the development of skin patch
administration of medications and is a highly successful businessman. |

Robert L. Rosenthal, M.D. |
|
Dr. Rosenthal was the Chief of Hematology, Blood Bank Director, and
attending physician at North General Hospital in New York City for 41
years. He was an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine, Mount Sinai
School of Medicine. Dr. Rosenthal has directed and performed extensive
research on blood coagulation, hemorrhagic and thromboembolic diseases,
leukemia and Gaucher's Disease. Dr. Rosenthal discovered Factor XI, and
the hemorrhagic disease caused by its deficiency. He also published the
first description of Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia. Dr. Rosenthal has
published 70 papers. |

Fred Gilbert, M.D. |

Dr. Gilbert
is the Director of Human Cancer Genetics, Strang Cancer Prevention Center,
New York, NY, as well as co-Director of the Division of Human Genetics,
and the Director of the DNA Diagnosis Laboratory at Cornell University
Medical Center, New York, NY. Dr. Gilbert received his undergraduate
degree from MIT in biology and earned his medical degree from Albert
Einstein College of Medicine. He is the author of over 80 original medical
papers. |

James H. Brassel, M.D. is Associate Director of Laboratories at North Shore
Hospital. He is a former Director of Blood Banking at Columbia
Presbyterian Medical Center. He was the initial director of Idant Blood
Bank, a subsidiary of the DAXOR Corporation, the first independent
laboratory in the U.S. dedicated to long term storage of an individual's
frozen blood. |
